Financial Management

In case you choose to manage the property yourself and do not have a problem keeping in contact with tenants during the rental period. You have the choice to outsource your financial affairs. This means that we will collect the rental fees on a monthly basis and guard backlogs. You will receive a clear summary with earnings and expenditures. In the case of delayed payment (from the side of the tenants) Weelde Wonen will activate a collection program (starting with written warnings and reprimands).

Administrative Management

We will handle correspondence and communication with the tenants, organizations and municipalities. Yearly rent increases are mapped and communicated in a timely manner. New tenants will be supported if desired with connection, transfer and closure of the utilities.

Technical Management

Tenants will be able to call our 24/7-support service in case of emergencies. We will handle smaller maintenance issues, up to 300 Euros, immediately. Skilled professionals will handle larger maintenance issues. If desired we will compare multiple offers before carrying out repairs. We will provide care for checking the work done and the financial transactions.

At the end of the renting period we will take care of your checking-out process. This includes services such as reading of the utility meters, checking the apartment of any damages, key collection and deposit payments.

On a periodic basis a maintenance report will be formed so that you will never have to face unexpected expenditures.At the end of the rental period, we will make sure that your property is put onto the market straight away and quickly filled.
