Inquiry

The inquiry process begins with Weelde Wonen inviting for an interview. This can take place at our office, on the phone or even in the comfort of your own home if you so desire.

During the interview you can share your thoughts and desired criteria. Our agents then look for the ideal match for you by activating our extensive network and keeping a constant eye on new listings. We then make a short-list in consultation with you and plan viewings accordingly. When you have made your choice, you can expect the following:

• Price negotiation

• Checking the rental agreement

• Guiding the key collection
• Helpdesk during the rental period

 For this service Weelde Wonen charges a one-time fee equivalent to one month of rent (excl. 21% VAT).
